NCB NEWS — Casey Anthony has to be back in Florida within three days to serve a year of probation on a check fraud charge.
This morning, an Orange County judge signed a court order, requiring Anthony to serve one year supervised probation.
Anthony pleaded guilty in January 2010 to 13 counts in a check fraud case.
This is unrelated to the case involving the death of her daughter, Caylee.
The conditions of Anthony's probation were apparently misinterpreted by the Department of Corrections. She was released from jail July 15 without serving her probation.
