LABADIEVILLE, LA (NBC33) — In Assumption Parish narcotics agents say they've pulled over four-hundred grams of "fake weed" from store shelves in Labadieville.
Narcotics agents say most convenience stores have voluntarily pulled the synthetic marijuana off the shelves.
HB 12 by Ricky Templett was passed in the 2011 Legislative session. That bill criminalizes both bath salts and fake weed.
