St. Martinville, La (NBC33) —
On June 30, agents with St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at a residence in St. Martinville, La.
After receiving several complaints of drug activity in this area, agents began to identify persons involved in the sale of illegal drugs.
A search warrant was executed; during the search, agents found several items used to manufacture crack cocaine and a substantial amount of cash.
The illegal drugs that were located inside the residence included: over 28 grams of crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana, several oxycodone and hydrocodone pills. These illegal drugs had a street value of approximately $10,000.
Malcolm Phillips, 32 , Derrick Breaux, 29, Terrance Thomas, 26, and Morris Olivier, 51, were all charged with Manufacturing of Crack Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine (over 28 grams), Possession with Intent to Distribute Hydrocodone, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute Oxycodone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Proceeds derived from Drug Sales.
