NBC News — The San Fermin Festival in Pamplona has officially started with the traditional running of the bulls. The first bull run took place this morning and officials are calling it a clean run, with just two people being slightly hurt with scrapes and bruises.
The numbers of runners was down from recent years, the experts say the bulls behaved, quote "very nobly" but ran slowly. The entire run lasted two minutes and 30 seconds.
