BAKER, LA (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge woman was arrested by the Baker Police Department for allegedly taking money from an elderly man.
An investigation implicated that Tramaine Pollard, 28, took funds from the home of a 62-year-old man while he was incapacitated in the hospital. Officials say that while conducting the investigation, Pollard turned herself in to Police after learning they were searching for her. The missing property was also located that same day.
Pollard was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and faces charges of Exploitation of the Infirmed, Illegal Possession of Stolen Things, Theft of Assets from an Aged Person, and three counts of Unauthorized Use of an Access Card.
