NBC NEWS — Astronaut Mark Kelly says he will retire from NASA and the Navy in October. Kelly, who commanded Space Shuttle Endeavour's final mission, released a statement-- he says he wants to spend more time with this wife Congressman Gabrielle Giffords and his daughters. Giffords is in recovery after an asassination attempt earlier this year. Giffords was shot in the head and was recently released from the hospital.
