I was one of the first ones at the door in the morning, and I sat on hard bleachers for more than 16 hours before I could get my finacial situation in control. It was not my fault for the reason why I was there. Southern University did not do their job in completing my financial aid process. I literally wanted to cry, my entire day was gone. I was totally BAFFLED!!
