I thought you were given/assigned a probation officer when you are no longer in jail. Seems to me this heading is more about sensationalism than true reporting. Not condoning his actions, however the amount of weed for which he was arrested was not enough for distribution, as is evident by his charges. Find another more interesting story to publish.
