I wish they could find the person or persons responsible!! There is a special place in hell for anyone who would abuse an animal! They depend on us to take care of them. These people are human debris. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, all rescues. Please consider adoption rather than looking for a pure bred dog! I pray that this beautiful baby is made healthy and adopted by a loving family who will treat him like the blessing he is. God gave us dogs and cats as companions not garbage.
