"I don't plan on stopping. We are going to keep searching," said Willy Martin, Sheriff of St. James Parish.

That is the mindset of the search of Talajia Dorsey who went missing from her St. James home on Tuesday morning. Police have arrested John Celestine, who lived in the same home as Talajia, in connection to her disappearance.

"We brought him in because early on into our investigation, there was too much inconsistencies with what he was telling us. We also bring people in and question them about a lot of things but with him too often things weren't adding up," said Martin.

And Talaija's Aunt, who last saw Talajia sleeping on her couch just hours before she disappeared, had her own message for Celestine.

"The man who's being charges, whatever case and form she is in, we want her. Just tell the police where she is. It's hard we are just waiting, waiting, for three days now, trying to get her home," said Elizabeth Davis.

And now, police have extended their search outside of St. James Parish.

"I'm hoping she ran away, that will be the best case scenario but at this point I really believe that if she was in this community, we would know now. And that concerns us.," Martin said.

For now, all the family can do is wait, and think about Talaijia's infectious smile, to get them through this rough time.

"She's always smiling. Everyone talks about her and you can see that smile coming. She's very happy. She likes to play games and joke on people. She just loves things like that," said Davis.
