Students at River Parish Community College in Sorrento gathered today to show their support for a program, cut due to lack of funding.

It's called Non-Destructive Testing, or NDT, which is a way of testing the strength of steel without destroying the product.

Students say the process not only saves money, but helps keep people safe on bridges and in chemical plants.

In their own words, this is why they believe the school should find a way to keep the n-d-t program alive.
