WILMINGTON, DE (NBC) — Campbell McAlmont wanted just one thing for her fourth birthday, a picture of her mommy. Arlinda Adderley-McAlmont is an Army Captain serving in Kuwait.

Campbell hadn't seen her since November. On Monday Campbell got something better than a picture. Her mom returned home to surprise her. Captain Adderly-McAlmont will have to leave again soon, but you can bet, she and her baby are going to pack in a ton of girl-time over the next two weeks.

It's a great birthday gift for Campbell, and it's an even bigger gift for her mom.
