The Bossier Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 20-year-old Bossier City man who has a record of criminal activity with juveniles and is currently wanted for tattooing a minor.

Detectives have an active warrant on Collin G. Hayden, 20, of the 400 block of Thompson Street in Bossier City, for tattooing a minor without the parent's consent in a make-shift tattoo studio at his home.

He also has a criminal history that includes previous arrests for this same crime, as well as carnal knowledge of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Hayden is a white male, 6'1" and weighs between 160 - 180 pounds. Detectives have dealt with him many times and believe he is hiding from law enforcement in the local area.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Hayden is asked to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100 or submit a web tip through www.bossiercrimestoppers.org.

You may also submit a text tip to short code 274637; the first word of the text must be "Bossier." Crime Stoppers will pay $150 for information leading to the arrest of Hayden.

Louisiana Revised Statute 14:93.2 states, "It is unlawful for any person to tattoo or body pierce any other person under the age 18 without the consent of an accompanying parent or tutor of such person."
