Baton Rouge, la (NBC33) — One of North Baton Rouge's most beloved minsiters recived a big honor from Governor Bobby Jindal and Mayor-President Kip Holden

Saturday was officially Patricia Lockett Day.

Pastor Patricia Lockett is the senior pastor for Harvest Life Center. This comes from her personal battles with cancer, the loss of her husband, and through it all, she wrote a book called 'Walking in the Supernatural' that captures 24 years of service at Harvest Life Center.

"There's so many people today, young people out there that think that they can't make it because of the economy, and because of this, that, and the other, I made it," Pastor Patricia Lockett, said.
