One man is behind bars, accused in a triple shooting that left one man dead, and two others hospitalized. It happened Thursday night on Dan Dr. in the Glen Oaks Neighborhood.

Friday morning, the East Baton Rouge Sherrif's Office arrested the 24 year old man they believe is responsible.

It might seem like a quiet street but behind the naked eye, everyone is screaming for some help and change.

"They are not going to ever change here," said neighbor, Jerry Brown.

Brown wasn't surprised when she heard about the shooting on Thursday night. She says she saw it coming before it even happened.

"The way people live around here, the way we talk to each other, the things we do to each other around here are the problems."

Cedric Glasper, 24, is charged with the murder of 23 year-old Corinthian Robertson and injuring two brothers. It all happened right in front of one house on Dan Dr. during dinner time Thursday night.

‘I felt bad for the community," responded neighbor, Randolf Wade.

Randolf Wade says these things will continue to happen, unless someone steps in.

“It’s a crime ridden area and it’s not likely going to change. We need more patrol; constant patrol."

Now, one family is grieving the death of a loved one, something Jerry Brown says will probably happen again.

“People need to change but you cant change people,” noted Brown. “Everyone is going to live their own way but there is going to be more trouble in that backyard.”

Randolf says the main problem is that strangers come around and the youth have too much time on their hands.

“We need to get them jobs. If we get the younger men jobs I think they will be better in life.”

“This is the beginning it is not the end," said Brown.

Glasper is charged with second degree murder, two counts attempted second degree murder and illegal use of a weapon.

The injured suspects at the hospital identified Glasper in a photographic lineup.

The Sherriff Office is still investigating, and looking for two other accomplices.
