The Baton Rouge Youth Coalition helps local high school students, and you can make sure they have the money to continue doing their work.

They are the only non-profit in Louisiana taking part in the Chase Community Giving Campaign. The top 96 organizations win $20,000.

BRYC helps mentor high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. It also assists them in applying for college. The organization also takes them on college trips.

With the possibility of extra money coming in, the organization knows they can do so much more.

"This money will ensure that the students that we work with, the 60 students from 17 different high schools around the city, will have a much better chance of accessing the resources that they need to go to these amazing schools and to pursue the amazing dreams that they have," said Lucas Spielfogel with the BRYC.
