‘The Biggest Loser’ shows students how to make winning choices with nutrition

BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The winner of "The Biggest Loser" made a stop right here in Baton Rouge today to spread his message of nutrition for young children.
Patrick House made a stop this morning at the Dufrocq Elementary School. It was just one of three stops he's making at schools in the Capital City.
Today House talked with children about healthy lifestyles and good nutrition. He also told the youngsters his story about gaining the weight and losing it again.
“Where my heart really is and what I really love to do is bring my program lean on me into schools and to work with kids on making healthier food selections, how to have fun when they exercise, and also it has an anti-bullying component to where I teach the kids about treating one another how they would to be to be treated themselves,” he said.
House lives in Port Gibson, Mississippi. He goes to schools all across the country promoting nutrition.
