A Wisconsin couple is accused of offering to use their children as collateral in a heroin deal.

Investigators in Racine County say Ashley Fay and her boyfriend Blair Larose brought two young girls along on three heroin deals involving a sheriff's informant.

Sheriff Schmaling says the couple admitted to using heroin daily and selling it to support their habit.
