We’re now getting a look at shocking video from a fight involving a bus driver and a teen in Wisconsin.

The incident happened last month in Kenosha.

And the bus driver was fired as a result.

Video shows the fight between the transit bus driver and the teenager back on January 17.

Clearly the teenager swung the first punch. However, the driver did not back down either.

The teenager punched the bus driver first shortly after the driver picked up students in from Tremper High School in Kenosha.

The fight continued on the bus, and the driver, Scotty Wells, didn’t back down either, punching the teenager a number of times.

While the fight went on, no one was at the steering wheel, and the bus crashed into three parked vehicles.

One of them had several people in it.

Scotty Wells has been fired for this incident.

But the union who represent him is trying to get his job back.

We went to the bus drivers house tonight, but he wasn't happy to see us.

"Could you get the camera off, please," Scotty Wells told CNN.

We explained to wells we only wanted to get his side of the story since he was involved in the fight.

However, he didn't have much to say.

(Wells): "You can talk to my union representative if that's good with you."

(Reporter): "We'd like to talk to you."

(Wells):"I understand that, but I have nothing to say at this time. Thank you"

(Reporter): "Why did you continue on the fight?"

Now, the teenager is facing charges for assaulting the bus driver and endangering safety.

Both charges are felonies.

too much political correctness in society. can't spank the children, too self absorbed to raise your kids the right way, no discipline. no wonder this minority is a little hoodlum. parents are to blame and kid and parents should all get felony charges.

very angry about this. kid is a delinquent, kids parents are delinquent and likely largely responsible for the kids actions through his upbringing. sad that America is heading in this direction with moral/social values.

The bus driver should not get his job back. He left the bus in gear and endangered everyone on it, as well as the people on the street. He was right in fighting back, but he should have put the bus in park before doing so.

Clearly the teenager started the fight and put everyone in danger. I agree with the bus driver defending himself, although he should have at least put the bus in park and then whipped his ass or at least give that little brat something to think about before he tries this again. I say give him his job back although give him a different route. Give the kid community service cleaning buses for awhile.
