Voters frustrated with parking at schools
BATON ROUGE, La (WVLA)--Some voters were forced to postpone their decision because of a bad parking situation.
Area schools were used for voting locations. But while students were off Tuesday, teachers and other school employees weren't.
The extra cars kept parking lots full. One older voter says there was just no room for him Tuesday morning.
"I went through about ten minutes," says T. Med Hogg. "I said forget it, I'll just have to come back."
Some voters tell us they waited until after three this afternoon to go back and vote. The Louisiana Secretary of State's Office says bad weather will always make it harder for people to vote.
