Instead of just talking about what they want the world to be like, lots of LSU students are literally wearing their ideals.

The USA Network brought its "Characters Unite" bus to the Baton Rouge campus today.

People got to board the bus and make t-shirts with sayings about what they won’t stand for.

Students were given stamps with terms like racism, bullying, and religious intolerance.

Those who made shirts said they chose things that they could identify with.

"Don't discriminate against disabilities. I think it's really empowering when somebody says [a person] can't do something, and they do it," said LSU student Austin Daigle.

Another student, Lacey Roy, said: "I was bullied when I was younger, so I don't like it. And I see a lot of people that are bullied and are hurt, and I don't like the fact that they're hurt."

"Characters Unite" is a nationwide tour. The bus is stopping at college campuses from coast to coast, all month long.
