Turduckens for Thanksgiving

Many folks are switching up their normal turkey day meal and giving a Turducken a try!
This increasingly popular Thanksgiving treat is a turkey, duck and chicken--rolled into one.
At Chris'Specialty Meat Market boneless duck and chicken breasts are layered with cornmeal, pork, or shrimp dressing and stuffed inside a de-boned turkey.
Chefs there say it may sound like a strange Cajun creation, but Turduckens actually outsell their traditional roasted turkeys.
