STORMTRACKER33 — Clouds with thunderstorms and heavy rain are associated with a broad low pressure system located over the Bay of Campeche have changed little over night and this morning. Strong upper-level winds are holding back development now, but are forecasted to weaken and create an environment more conducive for Tropical Cyclone development. The National Hurricane Center has placed a 50% chance, medium, for Tropical Cyclone development over the next 48 hours. Air Force Reserve Unit, Hurricane Hunter Plane, plans to investigate this afternoon if necessary. Very heavy rainfall already in the Yucatan Penn will drift west into Mexico over the next two days. Very little impact if any will be seen here.
