Threat shuts down all schools in Broward County, FL

BROWARD COUNTY, La (WSVN) -- All schools have been locked down in Florida’s second largest county due to a threat.
All schools in Broward County were locked down after police say a woman called a radio station saying her husband was going to a Pembroke Pines School and reportedly “start shooting.”
Pembroke Pines Police also have an e-mail believed to be from the man about such a threat.
“He indicated in his e-mail that something big will happen at a government building,” Captain Daniel Rakofsky, Pembroke Police Department, said. “Maybe a post office or maybe even a school.”
The schools in Pembroke Pines were initially put on lock down as a precaution and now the lock down has been extended to all of Broward County Schools.
