The Daycare Center, where child died, has been in trouble before

This isn’t the first violation for the day care center in question. They've had their license revoked twice.

Turns out, this isn’t the first violation for the day care center in question. They’ve received multiple violations for a variety of reasons. They’ve even lost their license twice. We have the documentation from the Department of Social Services and we’re getting reaction from community members.
