Kuwaiti government helps build Red Cross facility
Facility boasts disaster operations center, industrial-sized kitchen

The Baton Rouge Area Red Cross opened its new facility today. It boasts a state of the art with a kitchen that can produce enough food for several thousand people daily in disasters.
