Teen dies in car crash on LA 441

A 13 year old girl was killed in an early morning crash Monday.
Alyica Owens died when the vehicle she was in, ran off the road and hit a tree in Livingston Parish.
The driver, 17 year old Chelsea Lemaire was traveling down LA 441 when she lost control of the vehicle.
Troopers said speed was likely a factor in this crash. No charges have been filed.
