Synthetic marijuana arrests

Baton Rouge Police Department Narcotics Division arrested two people for having Synthetic Marijuana.

Police searched Ann's Grocery, located at 2004 Plank Roadd, and found 839 packages (around 1,989.5 grams) of suspected synthetic marijuana. The packages were labeled as "Matrix" and "G-6".

Nearly $4,000 in cash was also seized.

Paul Dao was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule One (Synthetic Cannabinoid).

The search of Amy's Grocery located at 3918 Sherwood Street resulted in the seizure of 57 packages (around 227.9 grams) of suspected synthetic cannabinoids. The packages were labeled as "Element", "Wicked", "Demon" and "Zero Gravity". A handgun and $13.788 in cash were also seized.

Son Tran was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule One (Synthetic Cannabinoid), Possession of a Firearm with a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Firearm by Persons Convicted of Certain Felonies.

Both men were booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.

This is outrageos! I will see to it that Bobby Jindal and Rick Perry both get brought up on charges of intrastate racketeering and Title 15 Anti Trust Laws, Monopolizing the trade a felony!
