BATON ROUGE, La. (WVLA)--Over on Southern University's campus "Jaguar Nation" is celebrating 50 years of art.

Over 39 masterpieces from talented Jag alumni are on display in Frank Hayden Hall.
One up and coming artist you want to check out is Jazzlyn Whitfield.

She's a 2010 grad of Southern and she's the artist behind several major pieces of art on campus.
Jazzlyn's painted the spots on the Jaguar and a few beautiful murals.

The art exhibit isn't open on weekends unfortunately but it is open Monday through Thursday 10 am to 4 pm.
The exhibit runs through November 18.
