BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) -- Today a lawsuit filed by students at Southern University in Baton Rouge against governor bobby Jindal was argued in court by Attorney Cleo Fields.

Half a dozen collegiate students from Louisiana filed the suit. They claim the current Board of Regents appointed by Governor Jindal is unconstitutional.

The case being heard by Judge Timothy Kelley began early this morning and has continued all day long.
