It’s time to spring forward this Sunday for daylight savings time. That means you lose an hour of sleep. So on Saturday night before you go to bed, set your clocks ahead one hour.
The St. George Fire Station also says when changing your clocks don’t forget to change the batteries in your smoke detector. Eldon Ledoux says, “It’s very critical to have functional batteries in your smoke detector because without them smoke detectors won’t work and they won’t be able to warn your family of an emergency.” The fire department also says to replace smoke detectors that are over 10 years old.
