BATON ROUGE, La (WVLA) -- Traffic is backing up on I-10 East. Shortly before noon on Monday, Nov. 1, an 18-wheeler flipped due to an accident. Traffic has been reduced to one lane while officials work to remove the vehicle causing major delays.
