SCOTLANDVILLE, La (NBC33) – Severe weather struck several areas, but those in North Baton Rouge felt it hardest.

Severe weather caused a tree to collapse on a house on 71st Street Ave. in Scotlandville. A family was home, sleeping, when the hard weather crashed its way through their home.

Around 1:00 a.m. this morning, the tree broke through the home. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
