School on Lock Down

Students headed back to class at Pointe Coupee Central High School, Tuesday.

It was one day after officials put the building on lock down for two hours.
Monday morning, a teacher heard a conversation between students about a gun on campus.

School leaders called the sheriff's office who searched students with metal detectors.

One student was arrested. The gun has not been found.
