Residents of a North Baton Rouge mobile home park are living without water and other basic needs tonight.
The water company cut service to Granberry Park on Blount Road Monday morning.
Officials say the owner, John Hill of Plymouth Properties LLC hasn't paid the water bill in four months.
Residents say they never heard from Hill until they got a letter a few days ago.
It stated the park would have to shut down because of the bad economy.
NBC33 talked with former property manager Kim Cole over the phone.
She says Hill lives in Oregon and she hasn't talked to him since he stopped paying her salary last month.
Cole says hill told her he can't pay the water bill and wants everyone to move out.
