A surveillance video outside a Queens, New York deli recorded the brutal attack of a gay man, an apparent hate crime that left the victim in a medically induced coma. Jack Price, 49, who authorities say is known as an openly gay man, is in serious but stable condition at an area hospital.

The two suspects taunted Price, 49, and yelled anti-gay slurs while he was in a store in the College Point neighborhood early Friday. They attacked him outside, not far from his home. One of the suspects, identified as 26-year-old Daniel Aleman, has been arraigned on charges of assault and aggravated assault as a hate crime. The second suspect, Daniel Rodriguez was arrested Tuesday at a relative's home in Virginia.
