Questionable Contracts

State Treasurer John Kennedy says there's $7 Billion in contracts that aren't closely reviewed.

He says a fourth of the State's budget is being spent on almost 20,000 questionable contrats.

Kennedy wants to see the number of those contracts reduced by 10 percent.
