East Baton Rouge - The city council in Zachary has approved changes to the city's alcohol ordinance. On Sundays, residents will now be able to buy liquor beginning at noon.

EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH - Another person shot and killed in Baton Rouge. The latest shooting happened at N. Acadian and Choctaw around 5:30 last night. Police say 21 year old Kevin Johnson was at a red light.

LAFOURCHE PARISH - Police in Thibodaux need your help finding a missing person. 41-year-old Chad Tabor hasn't been seen for several days. Deputies think Tabor is driving a 2000 Ford F-150 with Louisiana plates.

TANGIPAHOA PARISH - Two people from New Orleans locked up and facing drug charges tonight. 19 year-old Kameron Sears and 20 year-old Damien Landry are charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop early Sunday morning.

ORLEANS PARISH - A popular hair salon is destroyed in New Orleans. Firefighters got the call just after 9:30 p.m. last night. When they got to the scene, the two-story building was up in flames.

EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH -The Department of Environmental Quality says a car wash is responsible for turning Ward's Creek off Essen Lane red. State officials say it's coming out of a drainpipe that should only discharge rainwater.

LIVINGSTON PARISH - Superintendent Bill Spear will retire in 2013. He's been with the school district for almost 30 years. His contract expires on January 4, but Spears says he'll stay on until his birthday, February 15.

TANGIPAHOA PARISH - A 30 year-old is locked up for stealing lots of copper wire. The sheriff's office says Patrick Reed Stewart stole copper wire from eleven businesses in and around Hammond. Deputies say it started back in October.
