BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) - A report put out by the Office of the State Inspector General says Painter may have used his position to perform illegal background checks.

According to the report - Painter background checked hundreds of people.

In that list- a string of attorneys including Jill Craft. She represented several ATC employees.

The report also going into allegations he sexually harassed a former employee who worked for him at the ATC.
