A Baton Rouge doctor calls the cops on one of her nurses after she allegedly phoned in fake prescriptions for pain killers.
Authorities say the nurse worked at the Comprehensive Pain Management Center on Bluebonnet Boulevard. They say the suspect allegedly called in presciptions of Hydrocodone for her husband, James McCray. Investigators say the nurse was able to order the pain killers because a different James McCray is an actual patient at the clinic.
Authorities say a doctor at the clinic turned in the nurse after she realized the prescriptions were going to another address.
The doctor says her nurse has been fired and the clinic has contacted the nursing board to see that her license is revoked.
