Thursday, July 21, 2011 - 6:37pm

The U.S. Postal Service will review some 3,600 offices across the country which could be closed.

The names of those facilities under scrutiny will be released Tuesday. Then, Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe will also announce a concept for their possible replacement.

The move comes as mail volume is declining nationwide, which brings declining revenue.
