WASHINGTON D.C. (NBC33) — The U.S. Supreme Court begins a new term Monday and it's already being called the most significant term in nearly a decade.
The Supreme Court will consider several cases that will either restrict or extend the power of the Federal Government.
Those cases include the constitutionality of the Health Care Act; the states right to enforce strict immigration laws; and the government's right to monitor your phone and internet for acts deemed “indecent”.
