Tyson Foods recalls 40 thousand pounds of ground beef

Tyson Foods is recalling more than 40 thousand pounds of its ground beef after finding E. coli in it.

A number of states, including Louisiana, are affected. The recall includes their ten pound chubs of chuck 80/20 packed in eight per case.

It's a voluntary recall. So far there no one has gotten sick.

Tyson Fresh Meats shipped the affected ground beef to the following food distributors located in 16 states.
