Trial set for former Prime Minister of Ukraine
NBC News — Security is extremely tight in Ukraine's capital, Kiev, for the unprecedented trial of the country's former Prime Minister. More than 1000 riot police have set up outside the court house where the trial is being held.
Several hundred supporters of the former Prime Minister have set up outside the court to express their support. Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko was arrested last week, she is accused of abusing her power while in office. She was Prime Minister briefly in 2005, and then again from 2007 to 2010.
