Toddler rescued from rubble in Turkey

A toddler was rescued from the rubble of a collapsed building in Turkey's quake zone Monday morning. Rescue teams worked through the night trying to reach the toddler who could be heard crying underneath the rubble.

Officials fear hundreds more are trapped. A 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Eastern Turkey Sunday. There have been at least 20 aftershocks since then.

More than 1,200 rescue workers from across Turkey are working in the region and the country has also deployed its military to help with relief efforts.

In the city of Ercis, the closest city to the epicenter, about 80 multi-story apartment buildings have collapsed.

As of right Monday morning, 264 people are reported dead. More than 1,300 people are injured.
