Tina Fey hasn't lost her touch.

The actress proved just how well she can still put on a solid Sarah Palin impersonation when she visited Bravo's "Inside the Actors Studio" this week.

At host James Lipton's request, Fey slipped into the familiar accent, responding to questions on same-sex marriage and being a woman in politics.

On the marriage equality issue, Fey-as-Palin responded, "Well, the Bible says it's gross. And I don't judge it - a lot of the amazing wonderful people I met in the audience at 'Dancing with the Stars' seem to go that way."

"But no," she continued. "Marriage is meant for people who wear different kinds of swimsuits."

And when it comes to gender politics in the political arena, "I don't think of it as a man's world, or a woman's world, unless again, we're talking about marriage," she said. "I think of it as people being mavericks, or not being mavericks."

The only time when Fey just barely broke character was when Lipton asked for her fashion and hairstyle advice. The actress gave an audible chuckle before responding, "Well, I'm a fan of the bump-it. Also [a] tan - a tan you couldn't possibly have in Alaska. And that's really all you need."

Before Palin had to leave the building, Lipton snuck in one last question: what does Palin think of Fey's impression of her?

"It's the best one I never watched," the "Admission" star deadpanned.
