NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Here is dramatic video of a water rescue; a teenager who had to be pulled from New York's East River.

The teenager was rescued after his inflatable raft collapsed Thursday night in the icy waters of the East River.

The 18 year-old was sailing his makeshift raft down the river when he fell into the water.

The unidentified teenager was taken to a local hospital to check for possible hypothermia.
