NBC News — A former producer of the "Survivor" reality tv show is in jail after being extradited to Mexico. Bruce Beresford-Redman is charged with murdering his wife while they were on vacation with their children. Her body was found stuffed in a sewer at a Cancun resort in April 2010, three days after Beresford-Redman reported her missing.

Prosecutors say Beresford-Redman killed his wife, dumped her body and fled to the United States. Beresford-Redman was arrested in Los Angeles in November 2010. He claims to be innocent. If convicted of murder, he could spend 40 years to life in jail.
