Suicide bomber strikes in Baghdad
NBC News — A suicide car bomber in Baghdad killed at least six people and wounded more than 30 others outside of the Iraq's Interior Ministry monday. Officials say the bomber drove his vehicle into a security checkpoint outside the Interior Ministry complex in central Baghdad.
The blast follows thursday's wave of explosions that killed at least 72 people in Baghdad. They were the first attacks since a crisis erupted between Iraq's Shiite-led government and Sunni rivals days after the withdrawal of the last U.S. troops from Iraq.
