Small meth lab explosion blamed for fire in Ohio nursing home
NBC NATIONAL NEWS — One person is dead following an explosion and fire at an Ohio nursing home.
Investigators say it appears the blast was caused by a meth lab in a resident's room.
Six were hurt and nearly 40 other residents at the Park Haven Home in Ashtabula had to be evacuated after the explosion Sunday night.
The victim who died is identified as Shaun Warrens, 31, of Ashtabula.
It's not clear if Warrens was a visitor or had been staying at the home.
